Our History
Three Potato Four was founded in 2005 by owner and head chef,
Toni Gerard. Toni first began working in a commercial kitchen at age
14 and has continued exploring the art of food since that time. Toni
has catered meals for individuals, families, and corporations. These
meals have ranged from everyday lunches to holiday feasts. Having
received a degree from New College of California in Culture, Ecology
and Sustainable Community, Toni has extensive knowledge about sustainability, local agriculture, and community-building, all of which
have inspired the creation of
Three Potato Four.
